International Day of Happiness is an Amazing Day for all of us to Celebrate! A profound shift in attitudes is touching all around the world. People are now learning that ‘advancement’ need to be about growing human happiness and, not just advancing the economy.

There are lots of issues going out there, which isn’t in our control. So, Let’s keep in mind to breathe and think about the thing which matters next so that we can respond constructively.

Well, I think it’s IMPORTANT to understand the significance of happiness inside every human being so that we can celebrate joy with others around the world and.

When is International Day of Happiness 

The International Day of Happiness was started in June 2012 by the United Nations General Assembly. March 20 has been mounted as the International Day of Happiness. All 193 United Nations member states have embraced a determination calling for happiness to be given extra priority.

As we are facing an international disaster together, let’s find fantastic ways to look after ourselves and each other.

Remember, We’re all in this together, even when we’re forced apart. Let’s stay connected and reach out to help others who may be in need.

This year theme for International Day of Happiness is all about just being happier together. However, The theme of 2020 is ‘happiness for all.’ which also means, let’s focus on what unite us rather than what divides us.

Well, you know migration is increasing nowadays, people from different countries and backgrounds are living phase by phase. So, all of us must help each other and spread happiness.


there are some ways you can spread happiness. However, I have brought which I have decided to do this day of joy.

1- celebrate International Day of Happiness by sharing what makes you happy. You can donate to a charity of your choice that promotes good deeds or share a few social tools and assets from non-profit groups and train about happiness in your neighbourhood school.

 2- another way is to stick together during this critical time. Make them feel that We’re all in this together. We will get through. Global unity, collective action, and a joint response to the COVID 19 coronavirus are the vital thing to prevailing the fight towards this international pandemic and risk to humanity.

3- third way is to stay home but reach out to masses through social media. Social media is a powerful device for this holiday. As it can unfold the phrase of all activity happening around the world within seconds.

4- If you sense that you’ve made an impact in your neighbourhood or community. you can share your story on social media with the hashtag #internationaldayofhappiness and encourage others with happiness.

5- next way is to be optimistic, positive, and resilient throughout these difficult times. Spread the thought that we will win the combat against this worldwide pandemic together.
